Arknow Digital is an online store that sells genuine digital product keys for Microsoft Office, Windows, and other software. Our products are delivered digitally via email after successful payment.

- Usually sent within a few minutes to 12 hours after successful payment
- Not shipped physically

5. Orders and Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
You will receive an invoice via email; we currently do not provide GST invoices.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
6. Refunds and Replacements
As these are digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product key has been delivered and activated.
However, if you face issues with a product key (e.g., non-working or activation error), please contact us. We will:

- Issue a replacement product key if necessary
