1. Digital Products – Non-Returnable by Nature

All products sold on Arknow Digital are digitally delivered software license keys. Once a key is issued and delivered via email, it is considered non-returnable and non-reversible, due to the irreversible nature of digital software delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • The license key has not been successfully activated on a Microsoft account or device.
  • The reason for the request falls under an approved scenario listed in Sections 3 or 4.

After the 3-day window, we regret that we are unable to process any refund requests.

3. Duplicate Orders

If you unintentionally purchase the same product more than once:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of the duplicated purchase.
  • Upon verification, a refund will be issued for the duplicate item.
  • Proof of duplicate delivery and non-activation may be required.

4. Defective or Invalid License Keys

If a license key you receive is defective or fails activation:

  • Please contact our Support Team immediately.
  • We will validate the issue using Microsoft’s diagnostic response.
  • If confirmed as invalid (based on Microsoft’s response), we will issue a free replacement key or, in rare cases, a refund at our sole discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Activation issues caused by incompatible systems, corrupted OS, or local device issues
  • Incorrect product selection (e.g., buying a Windows key for a macOS device)
  • Keys already marked as used or bound to an account
  • Any request made after the 3-day refund window

6. Responsibility for Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Their computer or system meets the software’s minimum requirements
  • They are purchasing the correct version for their operating system

We recommend verifying compatibility before placing an order.
